Our installers are fully trained and qualified ensuring that we deliver expert, safe, compliant installations throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland.
All of our installers are accredited by NICEIC – with ChargedEV being an approved contractor to do any scope of electrical work.
We have installers based around the UK in key areas enabling us to cover all areas in the shortest time possible – ensuring the customer can charge on day 1 of their EV journey.
Our Office Teams
We have specific office teams to deal with our customers at each point in their journey with us.
Engagement; the first point of contact – helping with the onboarding app process and choice of EVSE.
Projects; the next piece in the journey – surveying domestic installations to verify it is compliant and we can install correctly against the regulations we follow.
Scheduling and Logistics; ensuring that our installers are working efficiently with a focus on lead times for end users along with making sure we have everything we need on the day.
Commercial; working with workplace installations from initial needs, surveying, quoting through to installation.
Support; Engaging with customers, installers and manufacturers to resolve any post installation issues.
