At ChargedEV, our team offer expert support and maintenance for commercial installations. We’re always on hand to ensure you have the support you need and offer maintenance packages to give you that extra piece of mind. 

Depending on the size and scale of your site; we offer different packages to suit each installation, from a single socket up to 20 or more sockets – we guarantee we have the right solution for your maintenance needs.

Warranty

Our installations are already automatically covered by a 3 year warranty. This means that if an issue arises that is down to either the installation or the EVSE and software – we will fix this. The added benefits of a maintenance package are heavily reduced lead times, more support and quicker solutions.

*Critical SLA’s are only triggered where more than 60% of EVSE supplies are down,

enhanced SLA’s will be enacted in every other scenario.

We will carry out a yearly service on all of the chargers on site, this includes a full strip down, full functional test, full electrical tests and a routine clean within any of these plans above. 

The price stated above is per site. This can be ongoing and extended past your warranty period. 

Out of Warranty – all plans include call out fees and labour, but exclude parts.
