Safety Report

A full inspection and safety report will be provided by one of our fully-trained electricians.

This will detail all of the findings, test results and any recommendations we find during your annual visit.

Reduced SLA’s

We take pride in our service, each level of maintenance has reduced and guaranteed SLA’s.

Our in-house installer network means we can comfortably meet your agreed SLA’s.

Manufacturer Warranty

We will take on and own the manufacturer’s warranty during your maintenance agreement period. Meaning ChargedEV will be your only point of contact for any queries/issues.

Replacement Parts

Any replacement parts required will be provided (charges may apply).

If these parts are under a specific warranty, they will be replaced at no cost. The delivery of these parts may vary.

Replacement Units

Your EV charge point will be replaced if one of our engineers decides it is beyond repair. This will be a free of charge option, if your charger is under the 1 year manufacturer warranty.

We will replace it within the agreed SLA.
